    45# for OH Walking Lunges

    Very dissappointed with my ring dips… I need to work on them.

    Shoulder Press – 185 lbs (3) – this is 5 pounds more than last time…YAY!

    Met Con: I have NO IDEA (5 mins something??)…25 lbs for walking lunges.

    LOL…I am crazy…what is funny is Daniel asked me this morning if it was 185 I was lifting and I laughed at him and said, uh, no…85! I am losing it…one of those days…
