Ahhh, where are my rabbits?? 🙂
WOD: 20:31
Thanks Rob for throwing 150 reps of my goat into the WOD, that’s one way to rid it! Pull-ups were ALL butterfly kipped and the 1st 4 rounds were unbroken and 5th round was broken 7/3
Extra Credit: 2 sets of 10 K2E and max hold tuck sit on parallettes (maybe 15 seconds)

UGH- I’ll post, but I don’t want to!
23:?? — all chest-to-ground push ups though, so I can’t be too disappointed with it overall. Good skill work. One thing for sure- push ups in this WOD sure made pull ups feel good.

Oh, and congrats on the butterfly kips Brian!
I did about 5-5 each round, and the last set was 5-2-3 because my hands were getting pretty weak.
