I know, this does look awesome Daniel. I said the same thing this morning when I saw this WOD…so sad I am going to miss it…would have been great pull up practice!

Great workout. I think I did it RX – 53lb kettle bell and kipping pull-ups. It took approx. 18:30 ish, can never remember the exact times.
