WOD: 7:08(I think this was my time)…it wasn’t a great time…but RX…which is an improvement for me!
This morning was tough for me. Really tough. 65 lb thrusters…WOW…I survived…so I guess for that I am thankful.

Fran is not my friend 🙁 . I think it was 7:47 w/ 75lb thrusters. I did all the pullups RX so the kip thing is coming along. I feel like a child learning to walk.

3:50 Rx – First time to do Fran so I’m pretty happy about that. It was pretty awesome seeing everyone push through this workout tonight. A lot of hard work being done. Great job everybody!

Joel, you’re coming along well. Baby steps! You’ve almost got that Kip going solid.
