See you tomorrow Steph! And I wouldn’t say it was “a lot warmer” inside then outside…although it did really get warmer by the end of the WOD…must be that office heater combined with the actual work out!

Except I didn’t have the office heater on :). The temp according to the office thermostat was 43. While it wasn’t toasty it was better than being outside…lol! Besides Vanessa was smoking up the pull up station and PP, Squats and Sit Ups. Maybe that is why it felt so warm:)
