    Not so hot on the jumps after weighted back squats. Good combo though!

    Extra credit- pull ups, jumping muscle ups, GHD sit ups

    back squats felt pretty good this morning. Nice starting the new year with a new PR 🙂 Box jumps weren’t too bad, but push-ups are my nemesis (still).
