WOD #1 – move 7000 lb ground to overhead as fast as possible
completed 41 out of 52 required reps @ 135 lbs in 7 min time cap
WOD #2 – I felt bad for missing yesterday’s 2010 WOD so I tried to do it at home:
subbed thrusters with 30 lb db’s for wall shots
50 lb db swings
subbed wood choppers with 20 lb handle med ball for ball slams

version. Move 5000 lbs overhead any way. I chose 85# in 59 reps.

Also extra credit work on the rings– lots of muscle up progressions. That’s my next goal.
