There are no classes today New Year’s Eve 12/31/09. There will be a class tomorrow New Year’s Day at 10:00 AM 1/1/2010. Saturday there will only be an 8:30 AM class.
Look for a new schedule to start the second week of January.

WOD today was:
30 burpees
800 m run
100 single unders
3 rounds of: 15 KB swings, 15 wall shots, 15 sit ups, 15 ball slams
100 single unders
800 m run
20:55 (14# wall ball, 12# ball slam, 53/35# KB)
Got beat by Sandra on the last 300 m- awesome job :). It was good to see everyone at the start of the new year- big class!
