Um, now tell me again Rob how pulling on this rope won’t hurt my hands?! I’m anxious to try this! (note- I used the word “anxious” for a reason. I was considering using the word “excited”, but then thought better about it).

WOD- 9:48 @ 135 lbs
I’m a huge fan of the rope. Can’t wait til we move next door and hang it from the ceiling.
