I don’t remember all of my details?? Squats:17, Row:4, Pull ups:5, sit ups:10, push ups:9…this adds up to 45, so let’s go with that!
I though blow drying my hair was going to be a challenge after this considering my forearms were shot, but I managed to dry my hair just fine! See you all tonight!

That would be a good sub, the SDHP will probably produce more reps than Calories. Have fun with it. There is a minute rest in between exercises.
