The score is the lowest round for each station.

The 9 AM class and evening classses are cancelled, the Christmas Pary will start at 6:00 PM.

    Ouch. Tabata this always takes it out of me… Good job Vanessa on edging me out! I’m glad we finally got to work out together again and didn’t just have to compete via the white board :).

    Ok, Steph, I put some thought into being a smart ass as you requested…so this is all I got…my score = Steph D’s score + 1…ouch…gotcha on one squat! LOL! Not that great, but I tried!

    I don’t remember all of my details?? Squats:17, Row:4, Pull ups:5, sit ups:10, push ups:9…this adds up to 45, so let’s go with that!

    I though blow drying my hair was going to be a challenge after this considering my forearms were shot, but I managed to dry my hair just fine! See you all tonight!

    Question: If I do Tabata This tomorrow, but, of course, don’t have a rower, would 45# SDLHP be a fine substitute for it?

      Brian,
      That would be a good sub, the SDHP will probably produce more reps than Calories. Have fun with it. There is a minute rest in between exercises.

    Total: 48

    Wow……..
