We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? 1 mile run
30 DB push jerks (50 lb)
20 lunges w/ DB (35 lb)
30 DB swings (50 lb)
20 DB hang squat cleans (45 lb)
20 burpees (was supposed to do 30 but i screwed up)
