    at home WOD:

    1 mile run
    30 DB push jerks (50 lb)
    20 lunges w/ DB (35 lb)
    30 DB swings (50 lb)
    20 DB hang squat cleans (45 lb)
    20 burpees (was supposed to do 30 but i screwed up)
    1 mile run
