    ouch Ryan…..Steph D and i did a little CFWH workout in Lafayette. Tabata sit ups, squats, push ups, and dips.

    I did the 8 rounds of Cindy workout yesterday….9:40. I wish i would have looked at your time, Ryan, for some motivation.

    Vanessa- we definitely need to do some pull up WODs together; I think I need you there to keep pace with. Those are great numbers!

    Yup that’s right- Chris and I are starting our own Crossfit crew away from home, Lafayette-Hampton Inn-style. We already recruited one person 🙂 (haha- poor Chris’ coworker….)

    WOD: 15/10/7/9/6/6/5 (finished the last set of 5 at 21:45; started that 400M at 19:00)

    It was freaking cold this morning. I did the 1st 2 sets running out on the road, but my hands were freezing and I couldn’t feel my fingers, which is not a good thing when needing to do pull-ups when you get back. Next 3 sets, I ran in circles in my garage and I put on lifting gloves.
