Warrior Dash song a la Jingle Bells
Dashing through the mud
I think I lost my shoe
O’er the wall I went
Sweating all the way
Beers in both my hands
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to Walk the Plank
And run through trees tonight
Oh…
Warrior Dash, Warrior Dash
Chanting all the way
We’ll Bunker Blitz and Cargo Climb
O’er obstacles today
Helmet on my head
You know you want one too
So sign your good friend up
To come and run with you
Oh…
Warrior Dash, Warrior Dash
Panting all the way

Oh Vanessa– you would’ve done great!
WOD: 12:35 (men’s RX 95#)– so 12 burpees
Ouch. That’s all I have to say about that.
And because they don’t post on here, I’ll brag on David– ~10:5? and Joel– ~7:16, both of whom kicked my ass. Awesome job, and thanks everyone for cheering me on to the finish!

This was a fun one, however my forearms disagreed. Nice job everybody. Steph great job handling the men’s weight. Welcome Brian to the conversation. Brian is a garage CrossFitter that occasionally visits the box. He is doing great work in his garage. Check out his blog https://crossfitbty.blogspot.com/
