    Booooo!!! I can’t believe HSPUs show up the day I choose to take a rest day :(… And that’s the skill I’ve been working on…. Dangit.

    HSPU- w/2 ab mats
    SDHP- 47#
    Lowest round- 3 + SDHP
    *My 4th & 5th round were better than my 1st 3*
    I don’t think I pushed myself enough

    WOD: HSPU w/ one ab mat

    highest round was 5 sets exactly
    lowest round was 3 sets + 2 HSPU’S
