    Pull ups: 4-5-4 (purple band)

    Tabata: too many to count 😉 (just kidding!)
    (45# push press, 24″ box, 14# wall ball)

    PLUS extra credit run with Alicia– we may have found the only hill in Houston. Ran along TC Jester between I-10 and 18th street~ 3 miles. BIG hill.

    Pull ups: 6-5-3 (thin blue band)

    Also gave the purple band a shot but it’s not quite ready for me. Next time.

    Tabata: 8 lb wall ball, 30 lb push press, 18″ box

    Ouch. Then Steph made me run– this weather feels great though and I was happy to get a calf workout from the hills.

    Pull-Ups: 12-9-7
    Tabata: 65 lb push press, 24″ box, 20 lb ball.

    Brutal workout…much tougher than it looked.

    I am with you on that Ryan. This was a tough one.

    Pull-ups: 14-7-4
    TABATA:65 lb push press, 24? box, 20 lb ball.

    My shoulders are sore…

    Pull Ups: 4-3-2 (wish I could have made three on the last set…maybe next time)

    Tabata: 45 lbs push press, 10 lb wall ball, can’t remember the box…not the tallest and not the shortest…middle..is that 20″?
