Is Accessory Work Necessary?
We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? I take a week off from crossfitting and it feels like I was gone forever…good to be back. We had a crazy turn out for the 5PM class.
Push Jerk: 115-135-155-165-185
MetCon: 14:36 (du, 20 lb ball, 25 lb plate)
