    Are you kidding me?! lol– I was just looking at this workout trying to guess what my time would be, and I was estimating about 16 minutes. Now after seeing your time, I will be moving my goal time to about 18 minutes :).

    Way to go on running out there in the cold this morning!

    WOD a disappointing 18:31… I am with Steph… I need to step up my running. But I still enjoyed the workout.

    Allison ur time was impressive… congrats.

    Vanessa the cold does mix well with all that running.

    Kudos to Ryan on his time at the 1/2!

    drinking and eating for a week is not conducive to crossfit

    Well of course you have to eat and drink for a week to do Crossfit… I think it just depends on what you drink and eat ;).
