We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Are you kidding me?! lol– I was just looking at this workout trying to guess what my time would be, and I was estimating about 16 minutes. Now after seeing your time, I will be moving my goal time to about 18 minutes :).
Way to go on running out there in the cold this morning!

Well of course you have to eat and drink for a week to do Crossfit… I think it just depends on what you drink and eat ;).
