Rob, I am furious with you for pulling such a good WOD the one day this week when I’m not going I be there.

Have fun everyone! Maybe I’ll get around to this after my half marathon Sunday 🙂

Just finished the SA Rock n Roll Half Marathon… unofficial time of 1:56:35. For a while I was on pace for a sub 1:50 but I hit a serious wall at mile 8. So glad it’s over.

Yayyyy good job Ryan! I knew you’d do great. Sadly I didn’t get to run; the flu or at least a massive chest cold hit me like a ton of bricks on Friday night and no way I could run with a fever! Boo.

Yipeeee! I TOLD YOU SO!!! That’s awesome, doing a sub 2 hour half on your first time out. Not to mention that it must have been crazy crowded, which significantly slows your first couple of miles. Congrats!
