    WOD: 23:10 (10lb wall, 65 lb sdhp, 12 lb slam, plus the hurt… Priceless)

    Well Rob, you win. There is a level of pain that radiates from each major muscle group. I cannot imagine having done Thursday’s WOD then Saturday on top of that. Those of you who did are super heroes.

    Team WOD: 19:09 (14# wall ball, 12# slam ball, 53# SDHP)
    Yayyyy for Team 2 who did ALL “big girl” weights. Yippee 🙂

    I liked this one a lot- but maybe not the best choice before my race Sunday!
