    Are we still going to post WOD times on here even though the Nutrition Challenge is over?

    My vote is yes– but maybe just for the CFWH workout, and not worry about posting our extra activities?

    My preference is that we do use the comments to post WOD results, provide support and encouragement to the CFWH community, post other WOD or activities, comments about the wod’s, thoughts, etc. Good natured competition is great as long as things do not get personal and negative.

    I really liked the dialog during the challenge and would love to see it continue and expand.
