Rode the Tour De Donut today. Twenty-eight miles after not really riding a bike since 2003 when I did a couple of tri’s. Did I win? No but I finished in less then 2 hours, well just under 2 hours.

50 lunge steps
100 push ups (10x 10)
150 sit ups (3 x 50)
300 single jump rope (3 x 100)

Ran 5 miles (hilly!)- 48:17
Plus Tabata squats and Tabata standing lunges
Rob- are you still thinking about getting a team/ teams together for the 25K relay this Sunday?
