    WOD: 8# squat throws, 35#kb farmer’s carry: 18:49 (i think)- my partner tapped out at 1/4 through squat throws, so i finished w/wall balls, 200m farmer’s carry.

    WOD (partner was Chris M): 20 lb med ball squat throws, 53 lb kb’s on the farmer’s carry.

    CFWH WOD 1st time (partner was James and no lunges) time 14:30 ish (53# kb and 14# med ball)

    CFWH 2nd time (partner was Ryan and we did the lunges) time 17:19 (53# kb and 20# med ball)

    run 1.5 miles to hills on buffalo bayou and did 10 rounds of 2 hills sprints, 10 push ups, 15 bench jumps, time 19:20, then ran 1.5 miles back

    I felt ambitious

    WOD #2: duty calls– 60 minutes of unexpected rugby game (they needed to fill a side). was going to do a sprint workout but this substituted nicely.

    60 minutes of rugby = ~eighty 100 yd. sprints, 1,000 pushups, and a few hundred sit ups :). SO SORE…..

    Excllent job Chris! I’m jealous you found some hills.
