    WOD #1 yesterday’s 200/20,400/40,800/80 etc. 19:19 with 40#bar – at the gym, on the treadmill, in the Vibrams

    5 minute rest

    WOD #2 – wuss version of Ryan’s at home killer – 5 rounds of 100jumprope, 10 burpees, 10 pushups (girly ones), 10 situps, 10 squats – 14:25

    PP: 115-125-135-145 (failed on fifth rep)
    PJ: 135-145-155-160 (failed on fifth rep)
