    I LOVE that dog– you better bring him back!

    WOD: ran 5 miles ~51:00 (first 3 miles at a jog, last 2 miles of sprint/jog intervals)
    200 jump rope, 100 sit ups

    Ran 6.5 Miles (2 miles of it with twisted ankle and bloody knee…do I get extra points for that??) 1 hour

    Sandra– I have totally trippped on that stupid tree root before. I’m always leary when I run on that part of the loop now!
