    It’s rough running less than 12 hours after I last ran in the park. We’ll need to communicate better before you throw these “running” WODs at us, Rob 🙂

    WOD #2: 50 tricep dips, 100 yds of lunges, 10 x 100 yd sprints (30 seconds rest between each), 100 yds of lunges, 50 tricep dips
