We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? how about…on my tippy toes shoulder to shoulder as a full cup of beer got spilled on my feet when the guy next to me dropped it and frequent tuck jumps to the music while pumping my fists in the air…does that count?
