    Max Deadlift: 275

    worked on OH squats (65-85-105), clean-jerk-squats (65-75), and snatch (65-75). About 8 reps at each weight.

    Skills day @ CFWH

    worked on OH squats (65 85 95) Squat cleans and jerks (65 85 95) snatch (65 85 95 105) about 8 reps of each except for the 95 and 105lb snatches
