200 m Run
Wall Ball Shots
Burpees
Teams of three, 1 person runs, 1 person does WS, and 1 person does Burpees. Do as many reps as you can while person runs 200m Run, switch stations upon runners return. Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes.

No meeting of pukie, but the hot dogs were well earned. Everybody kicked butt. It was fun!
