AMRP in 15 minutes

Deadlifts 5

Pull Ups 5

Push Ups 10

Squats 15

Max sit ups in 2 minutes

“Late Crew”

Same as above with two person teams. Add number of rounds plus number of sit ups for each team member to get the score.
