400 m run

25 KB Swings

25 Dips

“Late Night Crew”

“CrossFit Baseball”

1st Base 200 m Run

2nd base KB Swings 10

3rd base 5 burpees

Home Plate Dips 10

Two teams mark a run before heading off on 200m run. As many runs as possible in 15 minutes.

“Exta Innings” 50 air squats non stop for bonus runs. Pete T did 100 for two bonus runs. Nice job!
