This was the end of a six week challenge for three CrossFit West Houston CrossFitters. Six weeks ago Gonzala, Megan and Cecile performed Cindy. There was awesome improvement for all three.
Cecile used modified push ups and modified pull ups each time. She improved from 10 rounds plus pull ups and push ups to 15 complete rounds this time. Great work!
Megan (on green band) improved from 10 rounds to 11 rounds plus pull ups, push ups and 5 squats. In addition, she went from a wide gray band to the thinner green band. So she did more rounds with less assistance on the bands. Nice job Megan!
Gonzala did it completely RX’d no modifications. He improved from 12 rounds to 18 rounds. Awesome job Gonzala!
