At CFWH, everyone starts with a FREE one hour one-on-one session!! Here’s what do expect for this session:

  • Introduction
    We want to get to know you!!! Your health and fitness goals are important to us. Knowing what you want out of the program will help us help you!
  • Warm up and Workout
    You will warm up, do a movement screen and then do a work out called “The Baseline.” This is a great workout to assess where you are today, get a great workout and track your progress.
