PROJECT EVOLUTION

At CrossFit West Houston you will build your whole person. It is not just a CrossFit class or even a workout program. The holistic approach at CFWH will help you Evolve to Your Strongest Self. You will learn how to leverage each level of the CrossFit West Houston Wellness Hierarchy.

Project Evolution is a multi-faceted approach to Evolve to Your Strongest Self.

  • Daily Exercise through our daily WODs or at home WODs
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle education powered by Precision Nutrition Pro Coach Platform
  • Coaching Based Curriculum using a 5 “S” Approach
    • Simple: As simple as possible.
    • Segmental: Broken down into easily digestible steps.
    • Sequential: Step By Step in a logical order
    • Strategic: Building the picture with the big “why”
    • Supported: You will be guided with how to videos, shopping lists and practical real life steps. Plus you will have social support through the CFWH Coaching staff (including a Precision Nutrition Coach) and your fellow athletes.
  • Evolve to Your Strongest Self Challenges which will help build skills and daily practices to help you reduce stress, learn to sleep, find contentment, and improve the quality of your movement.
