PRIVATE/SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

MORE INFO ABOUT PRIVATE TRAINING

We believe fitness is a journey, not a destination; a constant evolution. And everyone is on their own path, with different starting points and goals. We don’t take a “cookie-cutter” approach. As coaches, we understand everyone is different and has different athletic needs or responds to different kinds of motivation. We are here to provide the best possible coaching for your specific needs. Whether you have mobility limitations or are trying to reach specific goals for your chosen sport, we can tailor a program for you. We offer half hour and full hour private training sessions in CrossFit, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, and general Strength & Conditioning.

Private training is a good option to consider if you:

  • Need to develop a sport specific skill such as vertical jump, strength, speed, power, agility…etc.
  • Have a specific skill you’ve learned in class you want to develop or improve upon
  • Have previous injuries or other physical limitations
  • Feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting
  • Prefer or need to work around a specific schedule
  • You have a small group of individuals with similar fitness goals and want to train together
