OUR PROGRAMS

De Motu Mobility Therapy

CrossFit West Houston and De Motu Mobility have partnered up to help our athletes with injury prevention and recovery services onsite. As a new member, you’ll get a complete movement and injury prevention assessment. So If you have pains and aches with particular movements, hit a plateau, or moving poorly…help is at your fingertips under one roof. All new members may signup for a free initial movement assessment. Screening takes about 15-20 minutes and will identify any areas of concern.

Our goal is to:
1. Discover and improve movement limitations
(Limitations = musculoskeletal and biomechanical deficiencies, pain associated with movements, poor mobility and strength, and peak performance levels)
2. Prehab and rehab programs to fix potential injuries related to CrossFit and squat related movements.
3. Win more, PR more often and continue WODing for many years to come.
