MORE INFO ABOUT CHALLENGES

One of the biggest challenges we face in reaching our goals is accountability. It’s so easy to say “I’ll start tomorrow” for a weeks, a month or even years. Or to say “it’s ok if I just have this little cheat meal” which leads to 20 more “cheat meals”. When we don’t hit the PR we were looking for, we have to look back and ask ourselves how many times we said “it won’t matter if I skip a day of training.” We are here to help you fight through all that! Nutrition and Strength “Challenges” are periodic special programs we offer to help you be accountable to yourself, your goals and your fellow CrossFitters! A “challenge” is just what you need to make the commitment to change your habits NOW!
