That&#039;s somehow better than my cleans at the same weight yesterday.  Can&#039;t explain it.

Three 500 Meter Row Sprints.  Rest 2 minutes in between: 1:54.0 average time.
Short people weren&#039;t meant to row, especially at 6 am.</description>
