Sarah Steadman

CONTACT Sarah Steadman

Sarah is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and a self-admitted foodie. As a Kitchen Manager for many restaurants she has become skilled in the ways of cooking, and, now, eating healthy! She has been a member of CrossFit West Houston since 2012 and started coaching in 2015.
Sarah’s background includes competitive basketball in high school and intramural basketball in college at Texas A&M University. Sarah started CrossFit in the beginning of 2012 as a New Year’s resolution to get healthy and fit. She hasn’t looked back. After hitting a plateau several months into her fitness goal, she started researching different diets for the CrossFit athlete and landed on Paleo.
She has been through the Atkins diet, Veganism, the Raw Food Movement, Paleo, store-bought health meals, and now she has integrated Paleo with Block Eating (Zone-Paleo). She is successful in training and teaching others how to eat nutritionally and see results! She is a firm believer that abs are made in the kitchen and that sugar is the root of all evil. She loves to cook at home for her husband and son.
