CrossFit West Houston WOD

Push Pink WOD

As you may or may not know Breast Cancer has hit CFWH community hard in the past couple of years. And today we are doing an awareness and fund raising wod for MD Anderson. Please bring in a donation. We will pull the money together and send to MD Anderson to honor of our CFWH community members. Wear Pink!

Clean and Jerk Skill Work 15 minutes

Work up to set of 2 @ heavier than your Grace Weight

 

Conditioning
“Grace”
30 reps for time:
Clean and Jerk (135 lbs)

Trunk Work

AMRAP in 8 minutes

Med Ball 2 Toes x 5 R/L

Half Get Ups x 3 R/L

Rotational Med Ball Throws x 5 R/L
