CrossFit West Houston WOD

 

10:00 to build up to Deadlift weight

 

Conditioning
5:00 AMRAP
3 Deadlifts
3 Bar Over Burpees
2:00 Rest

5:00 AMRAP
5 Deadlifts
5 Bar Over Burpees
2:00 Rest

3:00 AMRAP
Bar Over Burpees

The first 5:00 amrap should be at a heavy weight. 70-75% of your 1RM. Tough, but manageable to do touch and go. The second 5:00 amrap, the weight should be lighter around 60%.
