25:00 AMRAP
50 Air Squats
20 dips (any kind)
Bear Crawl + sandbag drag down and back

 

WARRIOR WOD

“I go, You go”

For time:
5 Ground to Overhead (205/135 lbs)
10 Ground to Overhead (185/125 lbs)
15 Ground to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
20 Ground to Overhead (115/75 lbs)

*Partner A does 5 G2O
then partner B does 5 G2O
*Partner A does 10 G2O
then partner B does 10 G2O
etc…..
