Evolve To Your Strongest Self 30 Day Challenge: Push Ups

Our next CrossFit West Houston Evolve to Your Strongest Self Challenge is a 30 day Push Up Challenge! This challenge is designed do two things one work on push ups to make them better and to improve the number of push ups that you you can do in two minutes!

The challenge will begin and end with a two minute push up test. We encourage you to do the test from a standard push up no matter where you are in your push up development. The goal is to get you to doing more push ups and from your twos.  As with the pull up challenge there are different level programming to help you get better at push ups. There is something to do each day and it should only take about 10 minutes to complete each days tasks. The challenge can be done anywhere!

Level 1 = Less than 8 Unbroken standard push ups
Level 2 = Less than 15 Unbroken standard push ups
Level 3 =15 to  25 Unbroken standard push ups
Level 4 =25 plus Unbroken standard push ups

We encourage you to do some German Arm Swings, Backwards Arm Circles, Band Pull Aparts on days that you are actually doing push ups!
