    It was great to make it to the 6 AM class this morning for a fun WOD. My grip was gone towards the end of this one!

    so glad to see we brought back Ryan’s gangster demo, “aiight.”

    In Penn State this week, did my own WOD this morning:
    3×5 OH Squat;

    AMRAP10 min:
    3 HSPU
    6 DB Snatch (35 lbs)
    9 T2B

    Tabata side planks with regular plank active rest.

    Got 7 rounds, but was shooting for 10. The gym here wasn’t really conducive to a workout like this, so I guess I did alright.
