Nutrition Slipping? How about a Whole 30??

Group Whole 30 to begin October 10!

 

Nutrition slippage happens to all of us. We just need to refocus and regroup. What better way to do that then a Group Whole 30?

We will have host a nutritional seminar October 2, from 12:30 to 2:30 explaining Paleo Nutrition. Everybody will receive a Whole 30 Packet and Whole 30 Success Guide if you do not already have one.

What is the Whole 30? Taken from the Whole 9 website:

Join other CFWH members as we regroup, refocus and learn about how food affects by following the Whole 9’s Whole 30 Program! It is only 30 days! Midway through we will have a Paleo Potluck party at the gym, October 15th from 5:00 PM until 8:00PM. We will grill some good meat, hang out with those in the same boat, and share awesome recipes!
