    5:20 or 30 ish can not remember.

    Deadlift: 310

    Met Con: 7:30 ish with 50 squats instead of the 30 jumping squats

    Then headed over to George’s oly lifting class for some fun with squat cleans and bent over rows. That class is amazing! Great tips from George on everything.
