My legs are not happy with the choice of weekend WODs.
I saw that WOD on the board this morning and thought, who the hell is crazy enough to do that one… now I know.
I liked the WOD this morning. 8:30ish, should’ve been faster.
Sunday WOD:
For Max Reps
10 min HSPU
5 min squats
2 min pulls ups
1 min push ups
Got 40, 160, 25, 20 for a total of 245
Did today’s WOD with 95 lbs: 5:50

I’ve always wondered that myself… she’s been April, Daniel J, and now Daniel B.
Had to modify today’s WOD cause I screwed up my left arm doing muscle-ups yesterday and it was pretty much worthless today. I subbed a 44 lb right arm KB push press instead of the bar. Time was 5:30 i think.
It wouldn’t let Daniel post his times last Friday, so I posted for him from my computer, so I change the name and forget to change it back. MY BAD people
