    Via the Arizona State University athletic training room (with Paige)–

    OHS: 95-105-115-125-135

    Met Con: (regular pull ups and push ups/ no rings, so decided to do it twice with a 3 minute rest in between) 3:30 & 3:22

    I am now referred to as “the Crossfit lady” after they watched me do 25 kipping pull ups in a row.

    So stoked today, OH squats have been a thorn in my side for a very long time. So much so that I really hated them for a long time. Back in Feb, I failed on 130 during a strength day, I could not even get one. Todady I was able to actually PR by 15 lbs by doing 135 for my last set. It is my goal to do a bodyweight OH squat by the end of the year:).
