i’m gonna go with 243 RX. half my SDHPs shouldn’t have counted because my form was so terrible by the end (daniel j can agree with that

Well, at home WOD: change a flat tire on the side of 610, for time. Whoop. (ok ok, it was more like “cheer on Daniel J while he did most of the work” for time). Thanks Daniel! Glad You decided to go to CF in the afternoon so you were riding with me!
Real at home WOD:
6 x 300 yd shuttles (50 yds. lengths, 3 “there and backs”) with 15 push ups after each and about a minute rest. Inspired by Ryan’s extra credit on Tuesday!
So, looks like I’ll be hitting up this WOD on Sunday with the open gymers.
