    Didn’t have time to make it to the gym so at home WOD:

    16 x 100 m dash on 1:00 (avg 20-22 seconds)

    Plus 4 x 1/2 mile sprints with 1/4 mile walk in between.

    Cash out: 50 push ups

    17:45 w/ 35lb KB. and cooling down with tabata planks is always a bonus :-)
